Dangerous Road Works - M27 Jct 8 to Jct 4, 19th April
The current roadworks between Junction 8 and Junction 4 and the way the lanes have been arranged are incredibly dangerous, with lorries and HGVs repeatedly ignoring the signage that instructs them to remain in Lane 1. HGVs using Lanes 2 and 3 do not pass other vehicles with sufficient space, regularly making drivers I speak to anxious and deeply concerned about using this road. Lane 2 is also especially narrow for cars; more often than not vehicles will pass straddling either into Lane 1 or Lane 3 as the lane is too narrow. I fear, as do many others, that these roadworks are going to cause an incredibly serious incident.

Bridle Way modifications, 7th April
Somebody keeps readjusting the bridle way so that the standing water runs down next to the garages and into blossom close, it’s not great as that’s used as a cut through and has made it muddy, but to be clear the issue in here is the modifications being made to the bridge way (channels dug)

Manhole, 7th April
Manhole always floods water out onto the road/pavement when it rains, and the nearest surface drain is 150m away which then causes large puddles on the road surface soaking pedestrians as cars drive past as they are unable to avoid. Not sure what the manhole is but think something needs unblocking or something.

The whole pavement between the two roundabouts are way too narrow, with loads of low hanging brakes to catch your face on and require a resurface as I’ve twisted my ankle twice running along there. Please review whole pavement between maypole roundabout and westward road on grange road.
