Tree overhanging road, 25th February
Smashed wing mirrors all over verge where people keep clipping it. Over a dozen and smashed glass. Also unable to see to get off our driveway due to the speed they come along there. Accident waiting to happen!!

Why is the road to Avington hants, from the A31 closed?, 7th November
Road is closed but I can't find a reason why it is shut. Apparently it was not reopened after Boomtown.

Poor visibility when entering roundabout, 26th May
When approaching the roundabout on A31 (from Alresford) visibility is now very or due to height of grass. Roundabouts usually allow traffic to flow but you now have to stop and creep out as you cannot see if anything is coming around the roundabout. To be honest I found it a bit scary as cats can be driving quite fast around the roundabout and at the same time there are impatient drivers behind pushing you to enter the roundabout. Please can the grass be cut - this is dangerous

Wooden planks dumped in the middle of the dual carriageway, 29th March
In the Alresford to Winchester direction, in the central reservation area are wooden planks that have been dumped, very close to the road edge. Halfway from top of the hill to the crossroads. Could cause nasty accident if a vehicle clipped them.

4 potholes on westbound carriageway, 12th March
There are 4 potholes going across the west bound carriageway of the A31. The speed limit on the road is 70mph and the potholes are very difficult to avoid. I first reported them a month ago and they are deteriorating and multiplying.

Large pothole has damaged my tyre, possibly wheel, 12th March
It was reported last Tuesday. Hit it in the dark last night [Saturday]. Too dangerous a road to stop on so no photos but a family member travelled the road this morning on my behalf and confirmed its existence as does last Tuesday's report. Will be claiming damages from Hampshire Council when I get the bill for repairs.

1ft pothole near to the laybye, 7th March
On the westbound carriageway midway between Rodfield lane and Orr's Meadow, approx on the centre white lines. An area over 1ft square is braking up and the top surface has gone. It is quite sufficient to damage a car tyre or throw a motorcyclist.

So big it has its own Gravitational pull, 6th January
This pothole is in the outside lane of the West Bound A34. It’s right in line with the drivers side wheel and is a douzzie. So deep now after several repairs it has a small pond in it. Can’t help thinking a small garden Gnome with a fishing rod would complete the look. This one will offer an immediate puncture, and only by moving over to straddle the inside and outside lanes can you avoid it. Fix it now rating 10/10.

Both sides of the contra flow around the entrance Turnpike Cottages, there are lots of potholes which just now as a car was speeding tried to avoid causing bollards to be hit and and just about stopped haveing an accident
