Potholes under permanently flooded side of road, 13th March
This is an ongoing problem. The eastbound side of the road is permanently flooded concealing potholes on the edge of the road. Cars are then driving in the middle of the road to avoid the puddles and hidden potholes. Please can the drainage issue be fixed and the potholes filled. In the past there were occasional puddles in heavy rain but they were not there permanently.

Large branch of tree hanging over road, 9th October
There is quite a think branch from a broken tree sticking out and we have had two or three broken mirror backs on minibus as we have to go close when traffic is coming in the opposite direction. It is on the left hand side past vineyard, just before bend. These trees need to be tidied as causing expensive damage

Missing railings on bridge., 6th July
The railings on the west side of the most northerly bridge on Easton Lane were destroyed in a traffic incident several months ago the temporary barriers are now also missing. This is a narrow road bridge also used by pedestrians. It is therefore a safety issue.

The whole of the Roadside has disappeared.., 11th April
This pothole has not been dealt with for MONTHS. The whole of the side of the road has now disappeared and there will be a dreadful accident here if something isn't done soon. I have to add that the roads in and around Winchester are now the WORST that I have seen them in 30 years! There are so many dangerous potholes. I know of a gentleman who was nearly killed in Winchester whilst on his bike and hit a pothole...

Multiple Potholes, 7th April
This hole has been filled in multiple times but keep breaking up and now is 3 maybe 4 deep holes, Vehicles are having to drive onto the bank when turning left to avoid getting a puncture. Those driving straight I have to serve into the middle of the road. This is an accident waiting to happen

Major flooding from blocked drain, 31st March
The drain outside our house is completely blocked, causing a huge area of flooding after heavy rain which takes hours to settle. This is a long-term issue. The verge adjacent to the drain is now eroding due to the water.
