Large pothole, 9th November
This pothole has been here for years and I am aware this has been reported previously. It is dangerous, particularly around school times as the only safe option for the longevity of your vehicles life is to drive on the other side of the road. This causes confusion for parents collecting young, exuberant children. Furthermore, the danger is increased for drivers in the rain, the pothole fills with water leaving unsuspecting drivers, who rightly assume our roads should be in safe order; unprepared for the crater in question, they drive into it, causing damage to their vehicle and you're essentially leaving them to foot the bill. In this cost of living crisis you are putting people in a situation where they have to choose between fixing their car to enable them to work or have the finances to feed their family. It is unacceptable in this day and age to have a pothole of this size, when facilities are available to fill it. I am sure there would be a problem if I filled it myself.
