Traffic island bollards broken for 6 months, 15th May
The traffic island bollards and lighting were smashed / damaged months ago.
They need to be fixed. Or if you don't want to do that remove the whole thing. You can just leave it broken.

Overhanging branches dangerously low on 413, 15th May
The branches of a tree are overhanging the A413 and are low and being clipped by high sided vehicles. Already some branches have been knocked down. This is also a bus route.

Grass so high you can’t see out the junction., 14th May
The grass on the verge is so high that you cannot see traffic either way getting out of the junction when in a car. It is dangerous as the road is 50mph so you need to make sure you have a long range of clear visibility.

Please could customer be provided with an update on when the sewage works and roadworks will be over at the bottom of chalfont and st peter where there are half a dozen sewage lorries

Dangerously High verge grass, 14th May
Due to dangerously high grass verges you cannot see out of the junction by the Ambulance Station onto the A413. Sight lines are not present and therefore this is a dereliction of statutory duty by Buckinghamshire Council. This is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Dangerously high grass on the verge, 14th May
The grass on Bucks Council verges is so high that you cannot see out onto the A314 from the Tesco exit. The sight lines are obscured which is a dereliction of a Bucks Council statutory duty. This is extremely dangerous, you need to edge out so far to see if you can go which in itself is dangerous if traffic oncoming. Serious accident waiting to happen.

Road surface completely failed. Deep pot holes that can’t be seen in the dark, no road markings visible. Unavoidable if a vehicle is parked on the roadside/oncoming traffic.

Road surface completely failed. Lots of deep potholes, no road markings visible, also close to zebra crossing. If a vehicle is parked on the side of the road, potholes are not visuable in the dark or avoidable.

Failed Roadsurface, 14th May
Road surface at the bottom of the junction from Rickmansworth towards the A413 is failing. As the junction is on a hill braking distances could be impacted leading to cars unexpectedly entering the junction.

Easy to find as there is a deep hole in the road, 14th May
Driving towards the common, this road surface has failed miserably and repairs that were made are no longer effective. Difficult to miss at least one of the potholes if you are driving on your own side of the road, causing damage to your car.

A413 N'bound approx under Chiltern Hill over bridge, 13th May
Drain floods out into A413 carriageway whenever it rains and drains away very slowly. It is not a "groundwater" issue as standing water is well above nearby river level.
