White Ford Van, 30th April
Ford van, reg. no. RV58 EDR, used by a courier, broke down 2 weeks ago. The driver organised another van to come and remove the on board parcels, and left the broken down van in situ. The engine oil is leaking onto the road, and there are many dockets from the company Evri strewn around the van floor. No attempt has since been made to remove the van.

A413 northbound dual carriageway just after M25 bridge, 29th April
Huge pothole at the edge of recently repaired failed road surface. Just before HS2 lorry handling layby - road surface probably failing due to breaking lorries possibly? This is an unlit section of 70mph dual carriageway. Pothole directly in driving line at a section of road which frequently floods badly after little rainfall Severe road hazard at this point. Urgent attention needed

Flooded blocked drain. Near bus turning circle and pedestrian crossing. Perhaps why the road floods and splashes pedestrians all the time

Outside Manor Lane, 26th April
I was driving past the road through the roadworks and as I drove over the pothole there was a loud noise.
