Bamboo the chase marlow SL7 1uu, 16th May
I have previously sent a message about bamboo that is on council land invading my property. The answer I got was that the council does not own this land which is complete rubbish as they have been maintaining it for over 35 years. I have contacted the land registry who have confirmed that the land in question is owned by the council and have given me the title number. Please could someone from the council come and inspect the situation.

Damaged Utility Cover, 16th May
Damaged utility cover which our dogs leg went down and damaged and lucky not to have broken. This is also a trip hazard and very dangerous for animals and young children and requires urgent attention

Dead dog on the side of the carriageway, 15th May
There is a dead dog, looks like an alsation, on the edge of the carriageway just before the junction that cars can join on to the A404 (not sure where cars using that junction travel from sorry but it's the one just before the sign that says 4 miles to wycombe. Hope this helps locate him. Noticed today on my drive home from BCA

On Most days, saturdays worst, cars park ignoring single yellow parking restrictions of no parking between 8am and 6pm
They block entry into houses.

Bamboo, 14th May
Bamboo situated on council land adjacent to my property 6 the chase has been reported previously several times. In fact a report was done No 40105943 advising the council to remove the bamboo as it could damage surrounding buildings. NOTHING has been done and now today I have discovered that the bamboo is lifting my patio. My son was trimming council “shrubs” really weeds by my house and identified large parts of bamboo that has gone under the house which are likely to damage the foundations of mine and surrounding houses. I have asked continually in the past for this to be dealt with. I am now a pensioner and live alone I am fearful of what will happen please advise urgently what can be done. All the council do is trim the weeds and bamboo once a year which is obviously encouraging the bamboo to grow. I have copies of emails from past years and also fix my street which I have sent plus numerous phone calls

Marlow Bottom Rd junc with Wycombe Rd, 14th May
The little green triangle grass bit at this junction id very overgrown and when turning left towards Marlow you cannot see the fast approaching vehicles on the left.

Safer crossing needed, 13th May
As per report 5954291 safer access is needed at the accident hotspot. A petition has been started ( https://chng.it/Cts2Vf4JvP) as children, dog walkers, ramblers and individuals are having to run across this road to avoid traffic at national speed limit. Traffic comes into pump lane north as well as up and down Burroughs Grove Hill at high speed- there are not even rumble strips in place and speed is up from the 40 lower down the road by the Rebellion Brewery and yet at high speed at this busy footfall intersection. Please can something be done about the lack of crossing, lack of signage and the high speed before a pedestrian is it. Development on pump lane north and therefore traffic and footfall has increased significantly since 20 years ago due to much development, but no changes at this intersection at all at this time. Still pot holes in riad, 11th May
Pot hole crew came yesterday to fix pot holes but missed off one of them that was marked up for repair but they did not repair, it which makes no sense and is a waste of time and resources. In addition side on road that we have to use due to parked cars is getting worse. Delivery van ate quickly impacting this poorly maintained road.

Sunken pavement, 10th May
Pavement has sink hole due to previous water leaks and is increasing in size. Dangerous for pedestrians and in the middle of our driveway so could damage vehicles or made worse with being driven over. Located on the pavement next to the curb outside 26 Barnards Hill, Marlow.
