The problem continue - the road is dangerous - with the pub in the part event you have to close the road! it create damage to the buildings and risky for pedestrian!
Please close the road ASAP! and fix the problem of drainage water coming out on the street!

Extreme flooding Pound Lane. Deep and dangerous, 16th May
Due to drains being totally blocked (see photo taken 15 May) Pound Lane is flooded and dangerous. Problem exacerbated by increased traffic including large Lorrie’s and vans due to Pub In the park. Road at standstill. People taking risks. Suggest Road is closed and drains better maintained

Long grass in central verge obscuring drivers vision, 15th May
The long grass and weeds are now obstructing vision for car drivers on Spinfield Lane. This is not just at the pinpointed position but all the way down to the lower Spinfield Mount junction. In fact the whole of the lane, from Henley Road to Bovingdon Green is now obstructed for proper vision by overhanging hedgerows.

Cromwell gard, 15th May
On Most days, saturdays worst, cars park ignoring single yellow parking restrictions of no parking between 8am and 6pm
They block entry into houses.

Grass verges remain neglected and uncut., 15th May
The grass verges along the Henley Road are neglected, unsightly and remain uncut. They are an eyesore on the West side of Marlow. Verges in other parts of Marlow are not neglected. Residents of this area pay a high rate of Council tax and should benefit from the same grass cutting as other areas in the town.

Mini Cooper Red, 14th May
Car parked here since Friday 10th May , has parking ticket as on double yellow lines . This is blocking the dropped kerb used for pushchairs and disability scooters.

Collapsed Lid which has rised from one side, 14th May
There is a BT Chamber which has a collapsed lid risen on one side outside 2 Pound Lane which he considers to be dangerous - there have been ongoing issues with thames water and there is now a cracked and collapsed lightweight concrete cover with one side now lifted above ground level. There has been a cone placed there but it is very dangerous

3 Penwood Lane., 13th May
I have lived here for 8 years and only this year have had flooding in my back garden. The whole garden is wet but flooding in left hand side of garden with grren algae on the water. It did subside a little but it came back with greater area flooded as seen in photo. Please advise is it because of a blocked drain, or too much ground water, or pump not working or underground culvert cracked ???? As much money was spent on flood prevention I am surprised that I am experiencing flooding in ,my garden. When I moved here I have a report from Groundsure that states my home has a negligible flooding concern.

Totally blocked drains, 13th May
Drains are completely full of solid debris, up to the brim.
The sewage tanker in the background is now a permanent fixture for when it rains the full drains cannot cope and the sewage then overflows which is clearly not a sustainable solution.
Groundwater levels are clearly high, but having the drains cleared must be part of the solution.

Beige sofa located by garage in Sandygate Close , behind flats 6 - 28 ( this is the second time someone has fly tipped here ) small road on the right leading to garages as you drive into Sandygate Close

Still pot holes in riad, 11th May
Pot hole crew came yesterday to fix pot holes but missed off one of them that was marked up for repair but they did not repair, it which makes no sense and is a waste of time and resources. In addition side on road that we have to use due to parked cars is getting worse. Delivery van ate quickly impacting this poorly maintained road.

Sunken pavement, 10th May
Pavement has sink hole due to previous water leaks and is increasing in size. Dangerous for pedestrians and in the middle of our driveway so could damage vehicles or made worse with being driven over. Located on the pavement next to the curb outside 26 Barnards Hill, Marlow.

Signage on footpath issue, 10th May
There is a big yellow sign placed on the footpath of Spittal Street in Marlow, this sign is taking up majority of the footpath and has caused an accident today involving a pedestrian falling into the road. The signage is in relation to the pub in the park. Please can this be moved? (location of this is near The Cobblers)

Caller fell over over one of two dodgy kerb stones resulting in her falling, and then falling into another lady who then fell into the road.
