Overgrown grass/trees, 25th April

Hill farm road junction with cliveden road, 24th April
Please see attached photos. There are now multiple potholes in the carriageway. The most serious are those on the entrance to hill farm road immediately after the junction. Two are in the driving line and they often cause drivers to serve to avoid tyre damage and so cause risk of accidents.

Entrance of Stockwells on right hand side, 21st April
Due to water leaking through pavement onto the entrance of Stockwells surround of drain has broken away and problem growing as people driving on it - so mixture of the water leak permanently leaking making the drain surround and round entrance weak.

Cycle path blocked, 21st April
Big sections of the cycle path you invested millions in are blocked by overgrown vegetation or aggregate grown up from the road. It’s dangerous in sections and caused me and my son to ride too close to the road in sections. At points we had to get off and walk as it was impassable

Please get the the owner or occupier of the property to carry out their legal responsibility (Highway Act 1980 s154) to ensure that the ‘public highway’ adjacent to the property is not obstructed by vegetation from their property. This means that there must be a minimum headroom of 2.3m (7ft 6 inches), and all the vegetation should be cut back vertically at the boundary. This is a Health & Safety issue. The local authority has a statutory duty to enforce it.
