This is a listed Wall, 6th May
I reported the state of this wall probably 2 years ago. Since then nothing has changed apart from new plants taking root in the wall. I believe that the land owners have a legal obligation to maintain this wall and given that they must have made a fortune from sale of the college surely it's not too much to ask that they do their duty

Unauthorised Advertising Boards on Council Railings, 12th April
Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to draw your attention to a potential infringement of town and country planning regulations located at ///mass.fits.gently - Frascatti Way, Maidenhead. It has come to our attention that several estate agents' advertising boards have been affixed to council-owned railings, which we believe is beyond the boundary of the advertised properties. This is not only a breach of planning regulations but also presents a possible hazard for both pedestrians and drivers due to the distracting nature of these signs.
Moreover, one of the boards, belonging to Coopers, is damaged, which exacerbates the unsightliness and potential risk, as parts of the signage could become detached and cause harm or further obstruction.
The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations dictate that such advertising requires express consent, particularly when positioned on public property. The unauthorised use of council railings for private advertisement purposes is a matter that we trust the local planning authority will want to rectify promptly.
Enclosed with this report is a photograph depicting the situation. We kindly request that the council address this issue by ensuring the removal of these boards and by taking any necessary steps to prevent future occurrences.

Offensive Graffiti at the Entrance of Oaken Grove Park, 4th April
I wish to bring to your immediate attention an instance of offensive graffiti that has appeared at the entrance to Oaken Grove Park, specifically on a green street cabinet located at what3words address: During.orange.glare.
The graffiti is visually prominent and contains both inappropriate language and imagery that are not suitable for the family-friendly environment of the park. The offensive nature of the graffiti is a source of discomfort and concern for the families and individuals, especially children, who frequent this park. It is unfortunate to see such acts of vandalism in an area that is meant for community recreation and enjoyment.
I urge the responsible department to address this issue with urgency and dispatch a cleanup team to remove the graffiti. Quick action would not only restore the park's welcoming atmosphere but also deter future acts of vandalism.
