Disgraceful longstanding debris, mattresses and other rubbish, 31st March
Aren’t you embarrassed (because I am) every time I drive along the A404, particularly between Marlow and Burchett’s Green at the level of rubbish along the roadside? What do we pay exorbitant council tax for? The poor state of our roads and lack of cleanliness is a complete disgrace. Please clean it up! As a council, I presume you want to encourage people to visit and return to the area? As it stands you are driving me and others away - far far away!!

Location: layby along Under the Wood, Bisham off the A404 on Bisham roundabout. Approximately a dozen large bags of waste piled up. Clearly labelled “Urbaser Ltd” which is a waste collection contractor for Maidenhead borough. Is this pile awaiting collection or has it been dumped? Left between 8am and 6pm on Sat 16 March 2024.

A404 look terrible between Maidenhead and High Wycombe - litter EVERYWHERE not cleared for months. This was the same last year where it basically had litter all along the side dangering wildlife and basically looking awful. The council last time said it was highways agency - on this highways website its says its the council. It spans across two councils?
