Flood on road behind our house, 9th April
This is a continuous problem as they are building opposite. Have reported already on the 3/4/24. Spoke to council who said as it’s only affecting our house they would not be able to do anything. When asked who is going to pay for the damage to our house it was suggested we take them to court . Unable to use our garden and washing line due to the torrent of water coming over the fence.

Flooding bad drainage, 3rd April
This has been an ongoing problem for years been reported many times. Now they are building it is worse ( the new Windsor gate development) the muddy water is going over the fence and hitting the back of our home. Our house is a park home so of non standard construction so water of this amount will damage the external skin. The drains do not seem to be drains but soak ways which seems crazy as this used to be the. Main road before they built the 308. Hoping you can help Thanks

25 massively dangerous potholes, the result of blocked drains from broken road surface by heavy council vehicles, 25th March
The council moved a bridal path into roses lane. The once smooth surface now floods and is impassable and dangerous. Previous council repairs just break up within weeks because the loose broken tarmac has clogged the drains. Thames water insists this drain is not blocked! Roses lane is not a private road, there is no street lighting.

Cycle Path 4 - terrible ground conditions, 21st March
Hello. Cycle path 4 goes through Eton College Dorney Rowing Lake. Before Covid we had use of the tarmac surfaces alongside the lake, which I believe was part of the planning consent. Since Covid the path has been diverted to a fenced area outside of the main lake. The path now is little more than a dirt track and in places deep mud in poor weather conditions which makes cycling actually quite hazardous. It certainly isn't fit to be a designated cycle path through large parts of the rowing lake area. Can anything be done to improve this, or persaude Eton College to either allow cyclists entry to the made up roads or indeed properly surface this cycle route. It is a great link betwen Windsor and Maidenhead and could potentially reduce a number of vehicle movements if more accessible.
Thanks
