Green waste bin overflowing with normal rubbish, 2nd May
A green waste bin also being used for the overflow of normal rubbish. This needs to be cleared and the bin removed as no one is taking ownership of this bin for green waste only.

Moving bins back to their designated area, 2nd May
Part of the overflowing of bins issue is that the bins have been moved from their normal home to the carpark nearby. The large bins that belong to the flats nearby somehow made their way to the car park and have been there for years and should be actually housed in their designated area provided thus keeping most of the problem at bay or contained to the area. Once this is cleared and tidied can the bins please go back to their usual home? This action will help contain waste disposal within appropriate boundaries and alleviate the overflow issue currently plaguing the car park.

I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a significant issue affecting our community: the overflow of waste bins and the subsequent proliferation of litter in our area. Despite repeated attempts to address this concern, the situation has only worsened, leading to unsightly and unhygienic conditions that are detrimental to both residents and the environment.
Specifically, the problems we are facing include:
Overflowing Bins: Numerous waste bins throughout this area consistently overflowing. This not only poses a health hazard but also contributes to the spread of litter as scavengers and pests rummage through the excess waste. Increased Dumping: As a result of the overflowing bins, there has been a noticeable uptick in the dumping of more rubbish bags in this area. This irresponsible behaviour exacerbates the litter problem and creates an eyesore that diminishes the appeal of our community. Litter Accumulation: The unchecked overflow of bins and indiscriminate dumping have led to the accumulation of litter in the carpark, sidewalks, and nearby green spaces. Not only does this detract from the aesthetic appeal of our neighbourhood, but it also poses a threat to wildlife and public health. Pest Infestation: The presence of excessive litter and improperly managed waste has attracted rodents, particularly rats, to our area. This poses a serious health risk to residents and exacerbates the already dire situation. Immediate action is needed to address these pressing concerns and restore cleanliness and order to our community. I urge the council to take action to sort this issue out. Our community deserves better, and I implore the council to prioritise this matter and take swift and decisive action to resolve it. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

Mud, Stones, Debris & Detritus !!!, 1st May
This has been a problems for the past few months - there is a "HEAVY" coating of mud, debris, stones & detritus being deposited by lorries emerging from up the road (Hanson ??) which is then kicked up when it rains by vehicles driving past and on it causing a thick coating of DIRT on the car - this is absolutely unacceptable !!

Overflowing bins, 1st May
The bins have not been collected for at least 3 weeks !!??. When the bin collectors come, they only partly empty “ONE” bin and leave the other one. There is vermin everywhere !! What are we paying out COUNCIL TAX for ??

Oak Trees, 26th April
Hi,
There are two oak trees which need a trim as the sap from the trees have been sticking onto the cars parked in Harris Gardens, understand these trees cannot be taken down however this needs to be cut down as is causing a nuisance and almost impossible to park.

Pot Hole, 26th April
Hi,
In Harris Gardens, there is a massive pot hole which someone keeps driving over and it should be blocked, as it creates so much mess for when people are parking and bringing in mud into their cars, this pot hole needs to be covered or somewhat blocked, as people are taking short cuts and driving over it creating so much mess on the road, can this please be looked into asap.

Flytipping in Beckwell Road, 26th April
Hi Team,
Through Beckwell Road, on the main houses there are mattresses and also if you go further into the road there is rubbish in the bushes there is a set of draws that has been places there, when people entering the road you can see the people living on that strip are constantly dumping their rubbish and working illegally doing car work on the main road, and constantly having to deal with fumes smells etc. alongside with their rubbish being tipped everywhere.
