Customer reported water flowing down the road from a blocked drain and also leaving mud where it has flowed down the road. He asked if we can get the mud cleaned up and the leak or blockage sorted out.

Dog needs collecting, 24th April
PC Stenham at Applegreen Filling Station in Church Stretton needs a dog collecting from a car there after they arrested the owner. It is a brown border collie, it is friendly, although a little bit nervous. Customer would like an ETA if possible

Deteriorating Potholes, 23rd April
As a pedestrian walking to and fro between Carding Mill Valley and Church Stretton I am appalled by the number and size of the potholes on this stretch of the road. Church Stretton receives large numbers of visitors, mainly by road (car and coach) so they must leave with a very poor impression of the road conditions in this area. Maybe signs could be erected warning drivers, as they approach CS, of the poor state of the road surface.

Unable to access garage from Longhills Road, 18th April
We moved to Little Garth, Longhills Road, in October 2023 and have spent 6 months emptying the garage of removal boxes, etc. We now find we are unable to drive either of our two cars into the garage as the tarmac slope from the road is too steep - there is not enough clearance for vehicular access from the highway. We understand that we have a legal right to be able to access our driveway safely using a car or other domestic vehicle. Please note: at this time we are also unable to provide access to the property for our niece's wheelchair a the slope is too steep.

2 Long ridges across the road as you travel from Sandford Avenue (Hope Bowdler side) to Church Stretton, 16th April
There are 2 long sunken 'ridges' as you cross from Hope Bowdler into Church Stretton. You cannot avoid them and the car 'bumps down' them and then back up and then back down them as you cross the carriageway. It's as if they ran out of tarmac when doing works and left a gap! Shakes you to bits in a car, it must be dangerous if on a bike!

Long trench, 15th April
There is a long trench running along the road north to south at the traffic lights at church stretton. It's getting big enough to do some damage to tyres. People are swerving to avoid it now which could cause accidents. It's getting bigger by the day with all the rain.

Floodwater damage, 12th April
The road round this drain is being eroded by floodwater and curb at the back is now starting to drop. Leaves gathering in the hole have been covering up much of the problem. It needs attention before the drain cover collapses.

There are sevral pot holes on this strech of road, 12th April
There are several potholes on this stretch of road the whole length of the road, there are several large & deep pot holes just after the turn by The Hough that has been filled with gravel, then moving down that stretch of road the are more considerably large and small pot holes that need addressing. So really this whole stretch of road needs resurfacing ASAP
