Highway surface water drain blocked, 23rd March
An ongoing problem of a blocked surface water drain that you seem incapable of fixing. You spent over £10k a few years ago repairing a 'bellied' pipe without considering that the actual blockage is a little further downstream. Emails to your drainage team go unanswered and in the meantime surrounding land is flooded causing hazardous working conditions and distress to livestock. Please sort it out...you have had 7 years to do it!

Pavement in a terrible state, 14th March
The pavement between Hockley Cottages and the cardeston turn is in a terrible state due to an accident last week, the path has had loads of muck and soil pushed on to it and you can not walk down it as I do every day . Also the road drain opposite number 3 is completely covered and blocked

All the drains in Compton Mews are blocked, causing large pools of water and associated debris, when it has rained as water is not able to drain away. The tarmac covering is not good and the pooling water is causing further damage.

Raised cats eyes., 27th February
This road was resurface last year but the cats eyes are 14ml above road level. Due to them being 14ml higher than the road customer hears noise from ongoing traffic all day and all through the night. He has reported this issue before but nothing had been done, they are also a danger to road users as a moter bike could catch them and have a accident, this has happened in the past and also was reported but nothing was done. Please can this be looked into and put right.

Filthy roads (mud), flooding and ditch issues, 10th February
We are having great problems with the road selected (between Shoot Hill and Fords Heath). We have several farms located on this road and the farmers are constantly dragging mud and cutting up verges on the roads. The roads are constantly caked with mud and dirty water. This is causing problems with stagnant water being unable to drain as well.
Furthermore, down the road by Fords Heath, the ditches are filled with dirty brown water run off from nearby chicken excrement stores on the field. This floods over the road and not passable by foot. As a householder who pays £340/month on council tax, I can surely walk these lanes without my shoes and clothes being caked in mud and dirty water. I am also sending a complaint to the environmental health.

There if major flooding along this road where it is effectively running across the road for a great distance like a river. This has become impassible to most and is incredibly dangerous.

Blocked drain - probably a couple - dip of road. also culvert where channels divert into fields. All channels blocked. Cars, cyclists and pedestrians unable to pass.

Severe flooding on road., 8th February
There is a severe flood along this road caused by blocked drains. It is impassible to small cars/pedestrians/cyclists, and is extremely dangerous. I see that this has been reported before but these reports have clearly been ignored. This needs to be put right ASAP before somebody becomes seriously hurt.

Customer rang in to report serious problems with the road, it is full of holes, dips and bumps and is stopping people from coming to customer's house. She said that this has been going on for a long long time now.
