Business waste from three fishes pub bayston hill., 15th April
The business has changed hands and refuses to dispose of rubbish through there trade days, even though they have a overflowing business bin, they refuse to clear account form previous landlords so they refuse to get bin emptied and overflowing bad. Nw they put out daily waste next to bin and alongside there boundary. there has been several sightings of rats and animals opening waste, and not to even mention about the smell. this issue has been going on for a few months now.
The location is on entry to the three fishes carpark on hereford road, bayston hill, I myself have approached tenant and asked what is going to happen about this waste, and no polite reply at this time.

Massive potholes, 6th April
Massive potholes at knocking.coarser.encroach on whatthreewords. A repair was carried out some months ago which suffered in the flooding and the potholes extend across the entire road. They have got seriously bad in the last 6 months and I drove over it today at about 2mph and I would genuinely be concerned to drive over it again. It is literally undrivable or very close and has been present and getting worse the whole time. It is really desperate now.

Approx 14” hole positioned 20 yards from crossroads on Rantipol Lane. Approximately 4-5 inches deep, 6th April
This pothole is large and deep and situated as you head towards Plealey on the near side. Close to the junction on a Baer narrow piece of road. In fact there are several potholes along this road, which need repairing. If a motorcyclist hit them it could cause very serious personal injury.

Large deep pothole, 28th March
Pothole on the Longden bound side of the road just beyond the church. This pothole is now so deep that to avoid hitting it you have to straddle the middle of the road white line markings. This stretch of the Longden Road had multiple road surface repairs in late 2023 but this was not done at the time, but since then has got progressively worse and now needs filling.
