Thick mud on road, 22nd April
The farmers have left thick mud on the roads again, they never clear it. We gave reported this before and been told its not council responsibility but it's dangerous. The farmers need to be held accountable for the state they leave the road in constantly. You can see markings or potholes due to the thick mud and it caused a car to end up on its roof last time

The same issue was reported and allegedly repaired a few weeks ago. The sign has again twisted on its mountings and is not visible from the road. Your engineers attended and allegedly repaired the problem but yet again the same issue has arisen. This has not been caused by hedge cutting equipment and it needs a lasting repair.

This has been an ongoing problem for years. A small grill was installed which hasn’t really solved the problem., 9th April
The small grill is constantly blocked, so when it rains which appears more frequently now my outside wall and front door gets soaked. This has been a reoccurring issue for some time to a point now that I have severe internal damp, and can’t open my front door which could be a problem if I ever had a fire and can’t get out.

Deteriorating road surface due to entrance splay used as passing place, 30th March
I am the resident of Cliff House on Cliff Hollow in Berrington. The splay into the property is used throughout every day as a passing place, by motor vehicles, HGV's and heavy farm machinery. This in itself isnt a major issue to us although the surface is deteriorating. In addition to this, HGV's and farm machinery are using more and more of the splay, pushing the soil boundary closer and closer to the property boundary fence.

Large, more than 1 foot in circumference pothole has emerged up from a storm water gulley, 30th March
This pothole, just up from the entrance to Cliff House on Cliff Hollow emerged about 2 months ago and is getting larger in size and deeper. The thing that is causing it to get worse so fast is that this section of Cliff Hollow is used by HGV's and heavy farm machinery all day, every day. Because Cliff Hollow is so narrow, it is hard to avoid it in a normal vehicle.

Dangerou ditches dug, 29th March
On the unclassified road running between Berriewood Lane (at Home farm) and cantlop new ditches have been dug that are very dangerous. These ditches run adjacent to the road way and measure approximately one metre wide and around 3/4 metre deep. At places the abutt the metalled roadway and are undermining it. The danger is self evident and cannot be seen at night; they are very dangerous to vehices and pedestrians. Additinally this raod is used by a large number of cyclists. The ditches are on the Highway and I believe dug by or on behalf of the local farmer. This is an accident or fatality 'waiting to happen and needs URGENT attention
