Deep ruts in surface of Crown Lane at top end, 14th April
Just below the gated entrance to Mount Cottage the heavy run off of water makes two streams appear in heavy rain - one each side of the lane. As a result there are deep ruts either side and when muddy the driving conditions can be tricky with a high risk of skidding and slewing over to the opposite side, affecting steering and traction.

Road Surface, 22nd March
Wondering why the new tarmac added to the refurb of the bridge stops randomly on the Eaton Constantine side of the bridge. Unfortunately it hasn’t covered an area of road that is likely to become broken up and eventually have potholes. The top surface is already breaking up- maybe this should have been addressed when deciding where to end the new tarmac and actually covered the areas of need.
