More like huge craters than Potholes!!, 5th March
The road adjacent to our venue (see images below) is in an appalling state and needs attention ASAP. I state it’s a damaging pothole, but as you can see, they are more like great gaping craters then potholes. The road is obviously not fit for purpose and is clearly unacceptable to anyone standards and needs rectifying as a matter of urgency. This is having a knock-on effect to our business, as guests are complaining (especially when its dark) that their cars / tyres are being damaged due to the gaping holes in the road (thinking it’s our driveway, when it is actually the council’s road). Guest when feeding back on their visit are highlighting this more and more and some have even discussed this on social platforms. All this negative impact isn’t helping our business and is also damaging to all our guests experience who take to the road to visit us…..and their first impression of our venue is poor and so is the last thing they remember, as both are the huge potholes that welcome them and also bid them farewell…..not a memory we wish for them to have.
