Deep pothole exposing drain cover coner, 3rd April
This Pothole has been here for a while and has considerable expanded. Not only is it a pothole, it also now exposes the corner off the drain cover. Which has caused a tyre blow out. If on coming traffic, the pothole is unavoidable. The pothole is on a bend, Mildford Road towards the Baschurch side

Danger because of Road and pavement surfaces and speeding vehicles, 28th March
Terrible Road surface, pavement and damaged grass kerbs in front of building site whilst leaving Baschurch for Ruyton X1 Towns on B4397. Pavement leading to Church Road crossroads is awful for wheelchair/children's prams/buggies etc--too narrow and bad surface. Where are the new 30mph signs as this road is so dangerous?

This sign has been hit by a vehicle of some sort. It happened last week at some time . I wasn’t at home and the sign was damaged in my return. My worry it that it will fall on to the guttering if my outside shed.

Large stone has fallen out of wall onto pavement causing an obstruction, 21st February
A large boulder/stone has fallen out of the church retaining wall onto pavement causing an obstruction. This wall is the responsibility of Shropshire Council and not St Johns Church. The state of the wall has been reported many times over the last few years and it is now deteriorating further causing a hazard to pedestrians and possibly motorists. The photos show that a number of stones have previously been lost and the wall is now at a greater risk of collapse causing potential injury and hazard to any pavement or road users.

12" pothole clsoe to junior School exit, 21st February
Pothole starting to produce fairly large stones in the pothole and out on the road surface. These can be thrown out or of the road surface by traffic and this could potentially hit small children entering or leaving the school at the end of the day. The pothole is therefore in urgent need of repair.

Potholes and generally very poor surface, 30th January
Some potholes were fixed however road surface, especially heading west, is very poor. Lots of debris and damaged surface. There is currently roadworks on the otherside, we believe for electrics, and building site on the otherside.

Large crack in retaining wall brickwork is getting bigger and other cracks appearing. If it falls then Big Walls lane will be blocked and drain below will be blocked. Danger to pedestrians and other road users. Please advise and investigate accordingly.
