There is a patch that had been filled before. The surface is condition is poor, rough and bumpy and two pot holes are exposed but could soon be turned into on big pothole as the previous fill in is crumbling.

Uneven surface & pothole forming, 4th May
The road surface has become extremely uneven and is causing potholes to form. This cannot be avoided when heading straight over on the roundabout, second exit to continue onto the A5. Could potentially damage cars and tyres. Becoming very dangerous. Has been getting worse over past 3/4 months.

Potholes, 22nd April
The welshpool road, which is connecting Shrewsbury hospital and A5/A483 is completely filled with potholes and gutters. We can't give you a count of how many potholes are there, it's plenty it's more than you can count. I hope I'm not the first person to report this issue since last one year on regular basis I'm driving through this road. I haven't seen any effort to rectify this issue all these days.

Road surface breaking up and numerous potholes, 20th April
The stretch of the A5 between the roundabout at Radbrook Road/Porthill Road northwards and o the roundabout at Copthorne Road/Mytton Oak Road is in a very bad condition. The surface on both sides of the road is breaking up and there are many potholes of varying depths.

Surface breaking up, 19th April
The road surface from the Bicton Heath shops to the junction with the A5 bypass at Churncote is breaking up. There are numerous areas along this 300/400m stretch that are in very poor condition; particularly bad is the road at the junction with Gains Park Way.
