FIXMYSTREET IN SY3 0DY
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of SY3 0DY:
Unecessary Lane Closure, 3rd May
Lane 2 is closed the first 60m or so Southbound from the retail park roundabout. This means Lane 2 has to be closed between Meole Brace and the Retail Park Rbt, causing long delays. No works are ongoing on the South side of the roundabout so the restrictions could be removed. It was the same yesterday. A more permanent solution whilst the works are ongoing could be to make Lane 1 between Meole Brace Rbt and Retail Park Rbt "Left only" and Lane 2 "Ahead ONly", thus meaning traffic leaving the Town would be seperated from shoppers.

Markings have worn away, 29th April
Hello PLEASE!! can you reinstate the road markings at the mini roundabout at the top of Pulley Lane? this is a terrible junction particularly if you are leaving via Gorse Lane made worse by the road markings and mini roundabout circle being worn away those entering the village using Pulley Lane are assuming no junction exists and not slowing or stopping ignoring emerging vehicle and bikes this makes the roundabout dangerous some new signage would also help

Redcurrant pot hole!!, 23rd April
I keep reporting this long stretch of pot holes, the volume of traffic and heavyness of lorries keeps dislodging any 'fix' made. Vehicles are having to cross onto the othwr side of the road on a shape blind bend to avoid any damage. This needs fixing properly not just temporary fix.

Traffic lights are causing huge queues on A49 from the roundabout to Bayston Hill, 8th April
The synchronisation of the traffic lights is still not correct and is only letting 3 cars maximum through from the A49 vehicular traffic travelling northbound towards the roundabout. During busy times, the backlog of traffic reaches over a mile queue through Bayston Hill. Although you may have made the functioning of the traffic lights better for traffic approaching from the A5, this is now to the detriment of vehicles using the A49.
