My neighbour at number 9 old Coleham peace cottages reserves a space using his wheelie bins every single day. If you park in the vicinity he gets very aggressive claiming it is his space. I wasn’t aware you could reserve a space on a public street where it is on street parking but I wanted to check as he thinks he is well within his right to do so.

Cars parking outside my drive, 14th May
From my photo, you can see multiple cars which are parked directly outside of my driveway making it impossible to exit my driveway without making it dangerous. I moved in this house in December and this issue has been present since then. For parking, St Michaels Gate has a designated parking area however they are parking on the road making it extremely dangerous to get on and off our drive without reversing extremely close to them. Also, when going off our drive, we have to bump down the kurb due to their presence. People should not be allowed to park here, if you came to inspect this you would spot the issue immediately. These people also don’t even live around here, they are avoiding towns parking costs and are using it to walk into town which is completely unfair to us residents.

Tree over hanging public walk way, branch fell out, 12th May
I was walking my dog today when a branch and some other sort of debris fell out of this tree, looks to be well and truly over hanging the pavement & road. Also seems to be affecting the power lines

Huge pot hole, 12th May
This pot hole is dangerous for two wheelers including motorcycles with small diameter wheels. I nearly came off my bike please see photo, next time someone else may not be so lucky. Damaged front wheel !
