Minor road in Capel Betws Lleucu, outside Fedw. The stream is culverted under the road and reappears 50 yards down the road on the other side. The culvert is completely blocked and the stream is flowing down the road.

PROW problems/flytipping, 10th January
The fingerpost at the start of the Public Footpath has been smashed and is lying broken at the base. The footpath itself shows repeated vehicle use. There are wrecked car bodies and several large piles of tyres. The footpath is strewn with items of vehicle trim which could be hazardous for walkers.
