Faulty manhole cover, 20th April
The manhole cover is loose. Every time a car, tracker or lorry (and there are many) goes over the cover it makes a loud noise. It’s now becoming impossible to get a good nights sleep. The cover is on the side of the car park, opposite the garage. This has been a persistent problem for the last 3 years that I have lived here. I thought it had been fixed but unfortunately it’s become faulty again.

Manhole Cover Breaking Up, 23rd February
The surrounding of the manhole cover is breaking up - and breaking up quickly with all the lorrys travelling this way - which has now left a very dangerous / sharp deep corner that is highly likely to cause damage to a vehicle due to it's location on the road when taking on this corner.
Urgent action is required here - and along other points of this road towards four crosses way on both sides the carriageway.

Potholes and Varrigeway breakups along verge, 19th February
Huge potholes forming along large stretches of this road - most covered by water from the constant leaks which means you often can’t see them until you hit them which is causing damage to vehicles.
Surface has been like this for quite some time but it’s getting worse!
Please come and and assess and repair ASAP - not just where I’ve placed the marker but various points along this road (both sides) towards Newbridge turning.

Water leak!!, 15th January
Loads of water coming up through the manhole cover on the small roundabout. Huge puddle and constant flow of water, will be scary when it freezes.

Pedestrian crossing by Morrisons daily Llansantffraid Powys, 9th August
Only one light works and crossing markings not clear at all. It is very close to a roundabout and exit to the filling station which makes this particularly dangerous. It has been reported previously via this medium and several letters have been sent to the developer and highways but still no remedy.

Foot bridge on the footpath behind Wynnstay going over the river has deteriorated. The whole one side of the bridge has started to collapse.

Information board in need of repair, 28th January
The Information board regarding the local area situated in the Public Car Park in Llansantffraid is covered in ivy and the posts holding the sign are rotten.

Fence along public car park is in disrepair and access to allotments blocked, 27th January
The fence alongside the public car park is falling down and in some places on the floor. The access gate to the village allotments has also fallen down and the pathway to the allotments needs clearing. In addition, users of the car park often park so that users of the allotments cannot access the allotments with wheelbarrows and other equipment as it is not clear now where the entrance actually is. The car park surface is in need of repair and clearing of leaves and debris. These issues have been detriorating over a number of years.

Pedestrian Crossing not easily visible, 23rd October
The pedestrian crossing between The Palace and the Sun Hotel in Llansantffraid are not lit and one beacon is hidden in an overgrown hedge. I do not know how long these have been out of action.
