On exit of Wellhouse Lane, junction with B4398 - shown in photos and obvious even when not flooded. Needs urgent repair.

Trees coming down on road, 3rd January
Adjacent landowners do no maintenance so trees are slipping on to road. This one is now resting on openreach wire and will shortly block road, hopefully no one will be underneath when it falls. Council must enforce safety works from landowners.

Grass Needs Cutting - St Agatha's Church, 5th September
The grass at St Agatha's church is now waist high and is in urgent need of cutting. The grassed area is used by the church hall. It is difficult to hire the hall out at present as the grassed area that children would use has waist high grass. Customer wants someone to contact him to discuss this ongoing problem with the grass cutting. If they knew how often the grass was going to be cut, it would enable them to plan better.

Missing Roundabout!!, 7th July
Following some resurfacing work and patching up potholes on this stretch of the road many months ago - the mini roundabout onto the estate has still not been re-instated despite the line painters coming out and marking off the give way markings on the junction.

Resurfacing of Footpath, 4th July
Customer was advised about about three years ago that the short footpath to the east of the end of Heritage Way, Llanymynech, would be resurfaced, as it is currently just grass, but nothing has ever been done. Customer would like this footpath to be resurfaced. Please contact customer to discuss.
