Scrap cars and trailers and old tyresdumped outside house and caravan sited at property with no planning permission., 4th December
Scrap cars and old tyres and remnants of old trailers are just parked outside of the property and also in front of other people's property. Also an old caravan is sited on the road without planning permission and being rented out as a permanent residence. The caravan has no toilet or shower facilities. Waste water just runs into a watering can which is often overflowing and running across the road. This problem has been going on for many years and powys county council seem totally uninterested. As you can see in the one picture the van has been parked in front of our house for 2 weeks with a wheel off it.

Standing Water, 14th December
Since the resurfacing of the road, there is a large amount of standing water / pooling of water on the road. Whilst this is dangerous in the wet for pedestrians and vehicles it will be a real problem when it freezes. Note that there does not appear to be any camber on the road or incline to the drains.

Loose manhole cover., 9th November
This cover has been rocking every time a car passes over it ,dozens of times a day, for months. Lately it is getting louder and now the tarmac is crumbling beside it.Would be good to get it fixed

Every time it rains, there is an enormous puddle at the junction of Eastgate Street and the cul-de-sac.

An increasing number of morons are allowing their dogs to foul the footpaths in the area of these streets and on Long Bridge. Many street lamps have been turned off and in the dark it is impossible to avoid treading in this foul mess and of course there is the health risk from
Toxocaro Canis which can cause blindness.
