Road surface breaking up, 12th January
Due to recent dumping of spoil from building site, surface water has been diverted and now is severly damaging the road surface.The local Community Council And the CC was warned that this would occur before building was started but chose to give permission for the building with no restrictions on the dumping of large amounts of spoil. Can this be rectified as soon as possible.
