Street lights still not working, 4th May
The absence of safe street lighting in Saint Alkmunds Square continues despite promises that repairs would be made. I received a letter saying that the work would be done on the 25th of March and indeed people did come, then they left without the problem being solved. Returning home a few nights ago at 11 pm, the steps leading up to Saint Alkmunds Square were in complete darkness. Please explain why this is very necessary repair has not yet been completed.

Headteacher of Severndale School implemented a new rule causing congestion daily onto main routes, 3rd May
Lucy Lee, the new "executive principal" of Severndale Specialist Academy, has decided to change the way the school taxis and buses pick up. Instead of arriving and leaving gradually, she now has them all arrive and then leave at once so that there's suddenly a huge queue of taxis and buses blocking Hearne Way and then all adjacent main roads. She has been asked to change this back and has refused.

Large potholes vehicle have to mount grass, 3rd May
This side of the Monkmoor road has been Totally forgotten. This Road sustains heavy HGV traffic 24 hours a day which has left the road in a sorry state. where the road narrows this has caused large trucks to mount the grass verge.

Hedge almost covering pathway, 3rd May
Reported in January, no change. The path is reduced down to less than half it's proper width and would be very tricky to get past with a pram/wheelchair

Dangerous illegal turning and driving over crossing, 3rd May
Cars are continually turning right at the bottom of Wyle Cop into Beeches Lane, narrowly missing people using the zebra crossing, with several close misses as they speed around.
In addition, some cars are turning over the pavement and then onto the crossing to reach Beeches Lane and Town Walles instead of travelling over English Bridge and back.
The weekend road closures see it happening more often as people attempt to missi the queue coming into town over English Bridge. A cyclist was nearly struck last weekend.
They are als mounting the kerb in their turn which is nearly hitting House of Grain. Some sort of change is needed at the bottom of the road. The temporary signs over the weekend should have cones extended further down the road to prevent the turning, even if it means motorists have to go around town to access Tanners from the English Bridge side.
I live in Century House looking over the junction and witness incidents regularly.

Customer's son has just had a bad accident cycling into a bollard where you go under the railway line to go to ASDA. Please can this be illuminated as it cannot be seen.

Padlocks starting to appear on porthill footbridge, 3rd May
Padlocks are starting to be placed along the sides of prothill footbridge. This is a well known problem elsewhere, which spreads like an unsightly plague, growing to thousands being left in situ, the weight being a threat to the bridge structure - a bridge in paris had 45 tons of padlocks removed in the end. Please try and put a stop to this asap, eg remove any there weekly, to hopefully deter others.

Temporary lights poorly planned on roundabout, 1st May
Putting poorly timed temporary lights on this roundabout during the bank Holiday will impact footfall across the town but also is causing massive tailbacks for journeys that should take a few minutes now taking upward of 30. For the sake of the fibre network fitting this, they should have planned a better period of time and not started during busy evening traffic.

Major parking issue, 1st May
Major major issue on this street with parking. people guarding spaces people trap in street parking mayhem.there are grass verges that could be turned into parking spaces to sort this, customer along with others would like something to try be done or someone to come out. local councillor has not helped, would like SC to do something. grass could be turned into extra spaces to ease the chaos. please can someone come out and have a look. emergency services struggle to get on the street due to the lack of spaces from parking struggle and tightness.

A sign was once here directing traffic to St Julians Friars Carpark and Local Businesses Carpark and local businesses that has dissapeared we have guests missing this turn and ending up going all te way back round the one way system ... can this be replaced and if possible can we put up a sign for Darwins Town house and the Abbots Mede Hotels, 1st May
