The ash tray on the streetlight outside the yorkshire house is overflowing and needs emptying asap. Customer tried to empty it, but it needs a key to access it. Please can you empty this asap.

Streetlight Missing, 7th May
March 23 the customer reported a problem with this streetlight outside the yorkshire house. Apart from the post the rest of the light was removed. Ref 14108572 has been closed and says the light was fixed on 06 Mar 23, however, this never happened. Can you let the customer know when the light will be replaced.

Grass overgrown and has not been cut by council, 7th May
The grass outside number 18 is overgrown. It has not been cut by the council this year. it seems the council rely on home owners who have lawns within their property to use their own mowers to take care of council land, ie grass that sits between the pavement and road. Number 18 does not have a lawn nor a mower to cut the grass.

Oversize commercial bins in small alley encouraging antisocial behaviour, 6th May
Large commercial bins have become more and more of a fixture on Grope Lane, and are encroaching further and further up the alley. As well as creating an eyesore in an historical part of the town, they are acting as a complete magnet for people vomiting, urinating, defecating and preparing drugs. The attached photos show the state after this weekend's deposits (vomit). Retail and commercial establishments should be supported as much as possible in town, and Costa, for example, is a very important part of the life of the town centre. But it's only in the last three or four years that the commercial bins have appeared, so the businesses were evidently able to operate without them all on display before then. It feels like some arrangement should be reachable.

Large pothole on the approach to the crossing on the northbound side., 6th May
Deep pothole on the approach to the pedestrian crossing. Having to swerve round it which then brings you close to the kerb. Not safe if someone needs to brake urgently for the crossing.

Graffiti, 5th May
Once again a vandal has put fluorescent graffiti on the brickwall of underpass along Bage Way. While on my regular litter pick i discovered it. This must of happened on either Thursday or Friday. The council have always cleaned up my previous reported graffiti. I would very much appreciate if they could do the same this time. It just looks awful, and ruins the environment. I try my best to clear the litter.

Bin not been emptied, 5th May
This bin has not been emptied this week and with the Loop festival that took place yesturday the bin is overflowing. The result is the litter is left lying on the floor.

Old railway footpath near Pritchard Way, 4th May
I have defected this awful surface previously and my complaint was discarded. This does not help to repair problems. The surface between the footbridge and the road is very rough and uneven for cyclists. Needs fixing.

Longden Road: terrible road surface for cyclists, 4th May
The road surface along Longden Road between South Hermitage and Red barn PH is dreadful for cyclists to the point of being dangerous and is gradually deteriorating. Having defected this before I cannot find my previous comments. This is getting urgent.

Badly rutted and uneven cycle path, 4th May
This was defected before Covid and a reminder has been sent since then but nothing has been done, despite Roman Road being resurfaced. Whilst trying to remain polite, I find it difficult to do so when such careless ineptitude exist when cyclist safety is concerned.

Street lights still not working, 4th May
The absence of safe street lighting in Saint Alkmunds Square continues despite promises that repairs would be made. I received a letter saying that the work would be done on the 25th of March and indeed people did come, then they left without the problem being solved. Returning home a few nights ago at 11 pm, the steps leading up to Saint Alkmunds Square were in complete darkness. Please explain why this is very necessary repair has not yet been completed.
