A farmer has dug a ditch to divert flood water off his land and it is running down the road and has created an impassable deep flood at the bottom of the hill. This urgently needs sorting and the farmer reprimanded for his disgraceful behaviour

Flooding, 7th April
Flooding continues here after I have raised case after case. No one seems to take responsibility. Now getting dangerous as the drain the excess water is supposed to flow into is getting clogged with debris. Can we at least have a couple of sand bags to sort out the flow from the picture from stream coming out onto lane? Advise who is responsible please? Many thanks

After the 1st rain, the drains within this area are full and over flowing and running down the road. They are bringing soil and stones onto the road

Same drain from February just started to re-flood 27.03.24 immediate action, 29th March
Wednesday 27th March 2024 _ Sudden flooding has just begun in past 48 hours _ with the same highway drain. Again after the workmen pumped away the water, it has (just started to re-fill and flood again from Wednesday 27th March 2024_ now require much sooner immediate action before becomes very deep visit required within 3 days. To pump away the water again (sandbags maybe required to be dropped off by the council).

Potholes the whole length of the lane, 2nd March
Potholes increasing in size and depth along this stretch of lane. Appreciate weather hasn’t helped but vehicles that are too large for lane are making the problem worse as going up the verges etc.

Blocked Drain, 23rd February
There is a blocked drain outside Wigmarsh Farm, this has been reported before but nothing has been done. The drain is blocked and is flooding the farm tanks, they are concerned the tanks are going to overflow and back fill and come through the drains in the farm building where they keep live stock and this could cause infection. Please can this be looked at ASAP.

Same blocked drain from 9th Dec 2023 to Feb. 21st 2024 has not been remedied, 21st February
Same blocked drain first reported last year from 9th Dec 2023 to Feb. 21st 2024 has had standing water for 8 weeks has not been remedied. (it has got deeper and deeper over the weeks and has not been fixed as the website wrongly states, There is a drain on the road opposite the drive, blocked but seems to be more complex maybe the culvert nearby. It also flooded like this in June2019. I t seems to require some complex changes to the drain under the road to fix this. My driveway entrance id deeply flooded and the binmen twice have driven past without emptying our wheelie bin. Water so deep cannot walk out on foot.
