Huge potholes, 24th April
Potholes on both sides of lane that cannot be avoided when driving. So deep that they will do damage to motor vehicles tyres and or suspension. These potholes have been there for several weeks and are deep and dangerous to road users.

Drain under drive is blocked, 7th April
Since someone cleared(Shropshire council?) the ditch any debris had been washed into the drain and it’s now blocked and is flowing down the road washing both my drive and the road away
I’ve tried rodding it but can’t clear the blockage

Too many (50+) potholes & crumbling road edges to identify individually., 15th March
Multiple problems along the entire length of the road from Oswestry thru Trefonen,Treflach and Nantmawr to its junction with the B4396. Worst at the south end. It requires inspection - and then rectification! (resurfacing, rather than further patching?.) At the moment, drivers have to spend more time watching the road surface rather the view ahead.

A495. Excessive water and mud flowing down drive from main road, 22nd February
We live at New House, Porthywaen and have experienced excessive water and mud flowing down our drive when it rains. The mud blocks the drains and we have had to clean our all the drains many times this winter. The water flows down the drive and then causes flooding on our fields below. This morning someone has slipped over on the mud and damaged their knee and ankle. I will have to pay someone to come and clean away all the mud (which is all the way down the drive) as soon as we have some better weather. The problem is really bad.
