Parking on the corner / pedestrian crossing dropped curb, 24th February
We have a business on the industrial estate marked on the map. We have always had problems with cars parking on the corners which slows down and reduces visibility at the junction (especially for the wagons / large vans. Yesterday while I was parked a few cars back I noticed a pedestrian trying to cross the road but there was a cars parked all the way up to the corner. The car in front of me didn’t see the pedestrian and very nearly hit the pedestrian crossing the road.
There is a dropped curb just after the corner but always has cars parked on while the go in the cafe opposite. This industrial estate is getting more quite busy with the local public / families walking in to a cheap food / pop shop.
I have sent this into yourself hoping that it’s possible to extend the yellow lines from the main road to the dropped curb?
This would help the traffic on the junction and hopefully improve the visibility of pedestrian Crossing.

Broken fence, 28th December
There has been a broken fence on the Pennines trail for over 2 years I have reported this 3 times but can. It see a report on the map. The fence has now fell down completely, it’s affecting the trees on the trail and makes our street look awful

Dangerous double parking, 31st August
At the street turning into Hollins Wood Grove there is always double parking at the street entrance which is blocking sightlines for anyone entering the street. Children play here and it is extremely hard to see them. Also the same cars are blocking the footpath for wheelchair and pushchair users as well as making bin lorry access very difficult

Kids? destroying trees, 4th July
Over several days people have been tearing large branches off trees at park. They have done extensive damage. These trees serve as vital habitat for wildlife and it is distressing to see the damage. My kids have seen young teens doing damage but were scared to say anything - so we think it is local kids but I haven't seen people doing actual damage so can't say for sure. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks (today is July 4th). We do regular litter picks here and note that there has been an exponential increase in litter as well- not sure if these two things are connected. We love this park and want to protect it but not sure how to do that - we would appreciate help.
