Hole near junction box. LHS as you enter Regent Court, 6th February
Not a massive hole but enough to make me lose my footing ( not for the first time). My neighbour has also fallen a couple of weeks ago. I am a 67 year old lady and have the above injuries along with 2 bruised knees. Please fix this before someone gets seriously hurt.

Slippy leaves covering pavement, 19th December
Wet slippy layers of leaves are covering the pavement, I places they cover it completely. The pavement is on a significant slope making walking, this combined with the leaves make walking very dangerous. Leaves need to be removed immediately.

Grass verge needs to be repaired, 14th December
Grass verge is none existent after years of parking on it. Repair will require new soil to be imported and then reseeding. Protection measures should also be considered to prevent future parking, the attached photo from Edensor shows a possible solution using short wooden posts.

Lots of organic debris at the edge of the road. Completely blocking at least 1 street drain and also very slippy for any pedestrians crossing the road. Debris needs sweeping up and removing.
