Hazardous parking, 31st March
On Foundry place, cars avoid parking on the new double yellow lines, by parking on the white Keep Clear markings. This is more hazardous than if than if they parked on the double yellows, because they will double park and will block/restrict car park exits.

Parking on Keep Clear markings, 25th March
A few cars routinely parks on Keep Clear markings outside block of flats - presumably avoiding the double yellow lines due to risk of a parking ticket. However this creates a visibility issue for vehicles exiting the flats car park. I'm reporting this as I was nearly hit by a car exiting the car park today, as I was driving out of Foundry place - I believe the parked car blocked the driver's view. Could you consider replacing the white Keep Clear markings with double yellow lines, so these persistent inconsiderate parkers can be fined?
