Fly tipping on cul de sac, 6th March
The rubbish has been left here for over a week. The bin men will not empty the brown bin with the cardboard box full of rubbish on top because it has not got the correct recycling in it. This is an ongoing problem. I have in the past cleaned this area up but at 80 years old I shouldn’t have to do it. I respect where I live but others don’t and it is a shame. Some tenants leave their bins on the lane all the time and people use them as communal bins. Parents have to walk on the lane to take their children to nursery and school and it isn’t nice for them to have to pass the smelly bins and rubbish.
