From about the point where Spencer Road intersects with Prospect Road, for most of the way down to Havelock Bridge there are potholes, ranging in area between about 1sq metre and 100 sq centimetres. Especially for cyclists traveling downhill, many of these potholes have lethal potential.

Concerning rising pavement next to power transformer., 28th April
Over the last week or so, the pavement next to this power grid transformer has risen higher and higher.
Northern Powergrid confirmed via telephone they don't have cables under this section and are not worried yet.
Council / utilities here should probably have a look at the cause before any issue with the transformer happens..

Dangerous fencing, 28th April
2 wooden fence was fallen out when we've moved in this area a few months ago. Now few more is fell down and the concrete pillar is dangerously bended. This road leading to the castle view park from Manor Park Crescent. Kids and people walking by to the park, and it's very dangerous.
