Vehicle blocking pavement, 11th March
The car parked daily in the dental surgery is too big for the available space which means that it spills across the pavement. Frequently the only way for pedestrians to get past is to go onto the road. As the road has single yellow lines, waiting restrictions cover the highway from the centre of the road to the back of the footpath. Therefore the traffic enforcement officers should be instructed to ticket the vehicle even though it is predominantly on private property.
