Collapsing Triple Access Cover creating pothole, 18th December
A350 Southbound carriageway at West Melbury [What3Words = elect.supplied.boomer] set of triple access manhole covers are sinking again creating a new pothole. Google StreetView shows an earlier pothole patch was marked up for repair in June 2023 - presumably it is this patch which is now disintegrating as the triple access manhole sinks further?

Drain needs clearing (again), 20th November
There is water pouring out of a drain on the B3091.
As can be seen from the photos, there is a lot of water over the road, and in a cold snap, that could mean a sheet of ice on this downhill section where cars go too fast.
This problem was reported via Fix My Street a while back and was promptly fixed, so lets hope it can be again.

Water leak appears to be flowing out of Mains Water (?) Access Cover at the edge of the A350 northbound, opposite the lorry pull-in Warning Sign. Water is flowing down Bozley Hill into Mill Lane. Seen 13th & 14th Nov 2022.

Leak from drain, 16th May
Water is streaming out of the storm drain at this location. The photo was taken on April 3rd, and it had been happening for a while before then.

A very large hole in the north westerly side of the road, 29th March
This is a pothole that was recently repaired but opened up again. It is deep, fills with water and so is not easy to see at night. It is fairly out in the road so it is not easy to by-pass without hitting the bank on the opposite side of the road. Hitting this could easily damage a car's suspension.

Mud in the lane has blocked drainage channels, 28th July
Recent rainfall has resulted in mud flowing down the road from a field. this mud is not only lieing on the road surface but has also blocked the drainage channels that usually clear the water.

Strong streetlight outside bedroom, 30th January
This was reported and we had a vist but it didnt help. According to the meter the light strength is below the reading. This disturbs my sleep and I dont see why the streetlamp has to be on till about 1 a.m and from 5a.m. In our cul-de-sac.

Spring/ stream running down road causing dangerous road conditions when icy, 5th February
For many months now there has been water from what i presume to be a small spring running down the hill across the road surface for several hundred metres. When icy this causes extremely icy and dangerous conditions. The council have put up 'ice' warning signs but have done nothing to alleviate the problem. This morning was extremely icy and the road had not even been gritted. Last Friday there was a very nasty 3 car accident with cars overturned, probably due to the ice. There have been numerous accidents over the last few months, and indeed in previous years, all due to ice from this spring. I have driven this road for many years on my commute to work and have seen many of them but nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Can i suggest that the council resolve the problem (dig a ditch perhaps?) or close the road before more damage and harm is done?

Van parked opposite driveway, 8th January
White Citroen Van LD05 TZJ parked so neighbour has difficulty to get his car out of his driveway. It was left at 3.40 p.m. and the driver ran off! Now 6.15 p.m. and it is still there. This may cause further problems if the neighbour has to park so I can't get out like last time I reported a similar difficulty.
