Dangerous junction, 7th April
Pulling out from Ashford road onto B3078. Blind bend in both directions on a 60 mph stretch of road. Drivers emerging onto B3078 are not able to see far enough to do so safely. I have to open windows and listen for cars approaching, but this noise can be obscured by weather conditions. Drivers on the B3078 usually drive sensibly and can avoid collisions if somebody emerged from this junction in front of them but this may not always be the case. Placing a mirror opposite the junction would allow vehicles emerging to see incoming traffic.

Very large potholes, 7th January
Previously reported pothole has grown significantly over the past few days. This is a very big pothole near another large pothole. As you can see on the photos, it is not possible to drive on this road without entering at least one of these potholes. This means that they are growing with every passing vehicle. Pictures were taken on my way out this morning, size 11.5 shoe (app. 1ft) for scale. On way home, approximately 1hr later, it had grown further and is now too wide for my VW polo to straddle. The entire road is in terrible condition and probably needs repairing rather than resurfacing or patching.
