Flood and road totally broken away, 10th January
There is a Calvert under the road to take the water from the Roman Villa side to free flowing stream which has been blocked up with scalpings by HCC at some point. The flood hides the side of the tarmac and before Christmas there must have been 10 vehicles off the road needing to be pulled out as there is no edge. Very dangerous! Last vehicle was bellied on its fuel tank which could have resulted in fuel spill. On going issue whenever there is a lot of rain.

Rockbourne Road SP6 3 NA, 5th January
Rockbourne Road is now completely unsafe for traffic use, with flooding, pot holes and lack of maintenance the road is totally unsafe. Within the last few weeks we have had 5 vehicles lose control due the state of the road and bear off into the edge causing extensive damage to the road, cars and fauna. The police are aware however this road and how it is used as a rat run to and from Salisbury has damaged the road to the point of not being safe for road users. Personally I have had damage to my car because of speeding cars and reduced road width caused by flooding and the very poor state of the road edges and pot holes.
