Still an extreme hazard!, 26th January
I reported the massive damage to the drains on the roundabout, and I was pleased to see that the next day there were signs and a plastic barricade to surround the area.
However, since the high winds of several days ago, all the plastic barricades and signs have been lying in a heap on the roundabout. The hazard they are creating are as bad as the massive potholes around the drains, which are now no longer protected. Had the damage to the drains been fixed, rather than cordoned off, there would be no hazard...instead, the area has been made even more hazardous due to the lack of monitoring of the intended mitigation measures. Please attend the area urgently. Thank you.

Massive damage surrounding surface drain grates, 14th January
There are 2 surface drains on the roundabout. These have huge trenches around them where the surface of the road has broken down. I would estimate that each drain has a trench about 20cm in width, and probably about the same depth. These will damage car wheels and cause motorcycle crashes. Please make these the highest priority for repair.

Many potholes around sinking drain coversd, 4th January
All along this road from the pin until the entrance of Hill House (follow road left past playing field) are drain covers which are sinking into the tarmac with potholes appearing around them. Visible large cracks around the tarmac near the drain covers. The pothole outside Hill House is severe and when it rains it becomes a dangerous puddle especially for the cyclist or motorcyclist. It cannot be avoided due to parked cars opposite.

Road marking disappeared, 4th January
Road markings have worn off on a very busy crossroads, its very hard for traffic to see the lanes and road positioning at the traffic island, it is and UNLIT junction so at night this makes it doubly difficult as no reflective paint to guide the motorist or catseyes.

Large holes around 2 drain covers, 4th January
Deep holes surrounding 2 drain covers next to each other, rubble and bricks have come out of them. Drain covers are clanking when they are driven over, which every few seconds as directly in line of vehicle tyres on this lane. I can't take a picture its in the middle of a busy round about.

Dangerous pot hole, 6th December
There is a drainage grate that has a pot hole around it very dangerous i have damaged two tyres on my car on it £500 worth of damage

Pothole about 3ft long, and 9-12inch deep at centre, about 2ft out from the road edge, travelling North up Penton Park Lane., 27th November
This pothole is recent I believe - at least to the extent it now is. I live 400 yards north of the pothole (SP11 9HZ) and I have not noticed the hole before. It represents a damage hazard to cars and larger vehicles, and I believe a potentially lethal hazard to cyclists/motorcyclists, especially after dark. The road is unlit and narrow at this point, with a 30mph limit. Riders thrown from their bike could fall in front of traffic coming in the opposite direction. I hit the pothole in my car S100CWG yesterday 26th Nov at approx 5pm travelling at about 20mph. I will have my garage assess my car for potential steering/suspension damage next week.

Bad road surface, 20th August
From the A342 down red post lane the surface had several pot holes and missing surface resulting in a dangerous surface for cycling. As the is a popular route for cycling please rectify as soon as possible before there is an accident.
