ISSUE: There have been reports of groups hanging around the location causing ASB or doing drugs in vehicles and use Nitrous Oxide canisters. This mainly happens in the evening's.

ISSUE: We are aware that drug users are using the alleyways and areas close to Upney Station to both use and deal drugs. We aim to target this area with a combination of high visibility and plain clothes patrols to both bring to justice and prevent future offenders
ACTION: take photos of the area the drug users frequent and report to the council to put up the fence
