Several streetlights not working, 9th February
In this area there are 5 or 6 lights not working. Could be due to damage from accidents, as this is an accident hotspot. It is even more dangerous now after dark. The lights have been out for at least 3 weeks, so hopefully are already marked for repair/replacement.

8 inch pothole on the A12, 16th May
I was driving on the A12 going toward Gallows Corner at night, around 10:30pm on the 7th of May. My tyre fell into the pothole and it burst.

6 or so potholes before the traffic getting worse., 4th May
Several potholes down the lane, in outside lane heading east on A12, before the traffic lights at junction with Petersfield Avenue. This is near the traffic lights for around 20-30 m. Roadworks there for several days in the inside lane, but this has not been fixed in outside lane? These were previously reported, and I have notification as "fixed" but marker was somehow near Harold Court Rd, this is incorrect. They are still there with nothing at all done. Cars are often moving out of the lane to avoid them, this is dangerous.

Overhead gantry reduced speed limits, 4th May
On 4th May'23 at 5:50am there were overhead gantry reduced speed limits down to 40mph on the approach and passing M25 Jct28 when traffic was free flowing and not as busy as usual. This is a common occurrence around this time mid-week for no apparent reason. All this does is slow people down, increase wear on their brakes and bunch vehicles together causing traffic and more issues. Someone needs more training on when this should occur or if an automated process, someone needs to review when speed restrictions are implemented.
