The lights that control the exiting traffic from the A13 heading West onto the roundaboutis incorrect and has been now for several weeks.
The delay for traffic leaving the A13 and entering this roundabout is far too short meaning the traffic backs up each day along the A13 back up towards Tilbury. Sometimes for miles, way past Lakeside.
Evidence of this can further be seen when caught at the front on red signal and no traffic is coming from the right on green signal as that has too long on green.

Very large deep pothole!, 28th February
Deep large pot hole as you come of round about and join slip road. Cant say how long it's been there as I had to use this route as a diversion due to traffic. Didn't spot it in the dark until I was in it! So far it's cost me a tyre and I've still got a vibration to fix. (Possibly two buckled wheels). Happened Monday 26th feb. 6am(ish).

12" deep pothole on the entry slip to A13, 28th February
This pothole has been there for at least 3 weeks as has the large series of deep cracks right across the whole dual carriageway at the end of A1012 as you approach the roundabout. In the dark these are not visible and will undoubtedly cause a tyre blowout or worst still wheel damage

There is a really deep pot hole at the start of the exit slip road to the A13 London bound. First exit as you leave the A1012. My car made a loud bang when I went over it and it will cause serious damage to a vehicle

Very top of the a13 eastbound slip but on the stifford interchange ., 27th February
Going onto the a13 i hit the pothole with my left wheel which resulted in a burst tyre which costs me 160£ to tow my car back home

2 month water leak, 20th February
Good afternoon This water leak has been here for well over two months. Cars are driving past splashing water on to public pavement and our drive and this morning I slipped over and hurt my ankle. Due to the temperature drop over night the water on pavement was icy. Can this be investigated and fixed immediately please.

Litter causing rodent, safety, fire risks, 21st January
A13 eastbound slip road to roundabout junction of m25. There is a high level of litter on the central verge, never been cleaned for years and looks layered up like a mound of growing plastic bottles over a large area. variety of litter, easy to see now in winter because of lack of leaves and vegetation. Creates risk of fire, hygiene, rodents, general safety in case of emergency - please arrange for this to be cleaned up and not pile up forever. thank you.

Abandon and pavement parking vehicles, 5th December
This car was broken down on Cander way and has just been left at junction on the pavement. I can even past next to this vehicle with my wheelchair and have to get in the road. Absolutely inconsiderate person and along the entire road residents park on the pavement making it impossible for me to access. What's the point of me paying my taxes yet can't even use the pavement with my wheel chair.

Dangerous driving from highway maintenance vehicles, 21st November
Sorry if I am not reporting under the correct category as I could not find one. This was the time when I told myself it is enough for me to see highway maintenance recklessly driving, bullying other drivers and compromising safety on the roads of UK. The incident happened on 21/11/2023 at about 08:40am. The driver with number plates KN15MKF was tailgating me so close I was really thinking it will hit me and send me off the road. The driver was like 1 metre behind me flashing his lights where I could not move to the left as there was another vehicle. All this happened on A13 in 50mph average speed zone where I was doing 49-50mph already GPS speed as seen on the image provided, the speed was set on my cruise control so I wasn't slowing down. I can see loads of people complaining about your drivers, I am having an impression that you don't really care about it. Please take adequate action towards your drivers.
