Footpath 145 poor access, 4th May
Footpath 145 that runs along and over the train lines is massively overgrown and poor accessibility It's a great cut through from a1306 to new tank bill road. Walking my dog I see a lot of walkers using this as a cut through to the RSPB and station. Could this be cut back and made better to walk through.

Sequence issue, 25th April
The lights that control the exiting traffic from the A13 heading West onto the roundaboutis incorrect and has been now for several weeks.
The delay for traffic leaving the A13 and entering this roundabout is far too short meaning the traffic backs up each day along the A13 back up towards Tilbury. Sometimes for miles, way past Lakeside.
Evidence of this can further be seen when caught at the front on red signal and no traffic is coming from the right on green signal as that has too long on green.

Large potholes, 11th March
These potholes have been here for months slowly getting worse, so bad now that vehicles traveling up Sandy Lane regularly swerve into the opposite lane mostly at the speed limit which is 50mph. And this section always seems to hold water.

This has been like this for a while. These traffic lights let 2/3 cars at a time through and it causes a lot of congestion within the area

Collapsed wall blocking alley way next to 26 Manor Close Aveley, 5th March
This wall collapsed during the last storm and is still there! It is a dangerous trip hazard and blocks the alleyway for those with mobility issues and pushchairs etc. You have to walk over the brickwork to access the alleyway. It is the alleyway alongside 26 Manor Close Aveley which leads to the garages and Grange Road.
