Major Water Leak, Flooded Clay/Mud Road Surface, 20th February
There has been a flood on this corner for 2 Months. It is thick clay muddy water. In the frosty weather there has been black ice. Even seen an accident, where an SUV has hit the crash barrier. The water leak is from the verge a few yards from the Celys Wood entrance. And is running down the verge, and collecting on the lower part of the bend.

Road closure, 2nd May
This bus stop has been closed for over 4 weeks yet there are no road works being carried on along the road . This is the nearest bus stop for school children who goes to Harris Academy Rainham. Can this road abs bus stop be put back in service please as children are sitting exams they will be late for exams . Thank you

Road closed but no road works are being carried on a, 2nd May
It’s exams time for GCSES and very upsetting that the road to school is closed for the past 3 weeks yet there are no road works being carried on . School children are having to walk a long distance as buses are in diversion which makes them late for school as bus services have been limited. Please can this road and the busstop , Brockway be put back into service as it the nearest bus stop into Lambs lane which takes school children to Harris Academy Rainham Essex as this is affecting children who are sitting their final exams . Thank you .

Dangerous parking, 13th January
This young female driver constantly parked her car dangerously the bay in which she parks is a private bay owns it to Church Lane and she lives on Wellington Road which means it isn't even her bay to park in the park so dangerously that on numerous times me and my neighbours have had to shop break from being hit by oncoming traffic as we cannot see because of the placement of her car nobody else has ever park there but he seems like she knows what she's doing and she is doing it purposely the day that I have a crush on something happens to me she will completely be liable for that she needs to move a car we've asked her nicely she doesn't want to do anything about it it's absolutely ridiculous

Abandoned Taxi, 29th July
Taxi has been parked on kerb now for 5 Weeks. Nobody ever checks on it, nobody comes to see it or starts or moves it. The Tyres are now going flat, dirt and debris is gathering around the wheels and outskirts of the chassis. It is a menace to the residents of homes who cannot park their own vehicles. Due to the size, it takes up two very much needed parking spaces.

Overhanging into the road, 3rd March
Buses are on diversion and one of them has hit a tree due to parked cars. Any chance of it getting cut back as the Abbey Wood Lane area needs a bus services to run as it’s the only link between us and Rainham Interchage station.
Please see pictures as substantial damage was caused by this tree (and this is the 4th time it’s happened).

Dangerous bend Berwick pond road, 20th November
There’s been three accidents at this bend located down Berwick pond road. 51°32'01"N 0°13'46"E I’ve included a picture of the accident locations and the direction of travel. I nearly had one yesterday when a car travelling from the west of the bend went around it too fast and entered the oncoming lane. Had I been two seconds later it would have been a head on collision. There needs to be speed humps or more signage here to stop speeding drivers. The corner is much sharper than it looks when heading west towards it.

Bushes overgrown causing cars to wait for oncoming traffic, 13th April
The bushes along the left when heading down launders lane are overgrown here and when big lorries or vans are coming the opposite way since the road is narrow you have to wait for them to pass to get past without scratching the car on the bushes.

Streetlight not worked at night since September 2016, 19th January
The Streetlight is on all Day but goes off at Night. Sometimes the Light comes on for 1 Hour about 1am. This has been reported to Havering streetcare 8 Weeks ago, but as usual nothing's been done, (took 10 Months to do the last streetlight). This is the first lamp post you come to on the left in Thorn Lane, from Lake Ave (near the corner)
