Large potholes, 11th March
These potholes have been here for months slowly getting worse, so bad now that vehicles traveling up Sandy Lane regularly swerve into the opposite lane mostly at the speed limit which is 50mph. And this section always seems to hold water.

Collapsed wall blocking alley way next to 26 Manor Close Aveley, 5th March
This wall collapsed during the last storm and is still there! It is a dangerous trip hazard and blocks the alleyway for those with mobility issues and pushchairs etc. You have to walk over the brickwork to access the alleyway. It is the alleyway alongside 26 Manor Close Aveley which leads to the garages and Grange Road.

Parking in front of the driveway causing an obstruction and inconvenience, 5th November
I am at 40 Rowan Grove. For over 6+ months, the neighbour opposite the house at 51 Rowan Grove have repeatedly blocked our driveway with 1 sometimes 2/3 cars during the week but mostly on the weekends. The cars will be parked for up to 48 hours each time. My mother is elderly and she finds it extremely hard to park in our driveway aswell as manoeuvre out of the driveway so she tends to park elsewhere to avoid these problems which is unacceptable, she chooses not to park in here own driveway now. I will not allow this to keep happening. I myself, and my sister also have this same issue with the neighbour. They have not shown any consideration into the fact that they are obstructing our driveway. There are times when there is space in the driveway space next to their house but for some reason they still seem to park in front of our driveway, obstructing the way. I myself, have spoken to them on 2 occasions. I spoke to them on the 28th of October and the 4th of October to stop parking in front as it is causing problems with parking and general manoeuvring. I drive an MG Hs SUV, very big car and this causes way too much problems for me. It is now getting out of hand and we are all finding this very unacceptable. When I spoke to the neighbour the first time in October he said he would stop doing it. Even I spoke to the neighbour the second time in November, he mentioned something about it being closer for a baby. Which is still not an excuse because this doesn’t excuse them to obstruct our driveway even though it seriously inconveniences us. I am formally complaining now as this is now seriously getting out of hand and we cannot take it anymore. They need to park in the free parking spot they have adjacent to their house or if unavailable they’ll need to park in other free parking areas in Rowan Grove, where they are parking cars is not a free parking spot or a driveway, they are just parking it right outside their doorstep to make it easier for themselves but this is blocking the way. My family are fed up of this.

There is excessive littering which goes the entire way down the A13 absolutely disgusting and a hazard for any wildlife this needs cleaning as soon as possible. I imagine volunteer groups aren’t allowed due to health and safety so please can the whoever is responsible please clean up this mess?
