Illegal parking under restriction notice, 14th February
Black mecedesWX71 OKJ parked under 08.30-10.00am no parking notice. was there at 08.15 still there 09.05 outside No 6 St Andrews Ave Elm Park. Van with black and yellow wording [mind the children and no parking )drove past at 08.55 dont know if the vehicle was booked .
