Loose Virgin Media manhole cover, 14th September
This manhole cover has been loose for months, every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud noise and given this is a residential area it is really frustrating. When a heavy vehicle e.g. a bus or truck drives over it, it shakes the buildings in range.

It's a very busy junction and at 06:20 you've nearl had a few accidents already, it will only get worse. No pedestrian lights either and it's a busy thoroughfare.

V.tall crane NO RED warning light for flights, 28th August
Noticed all the other cranes have red lights but this one doesn’t and is even taller than the other ones. Internet searching suggests it should have it switched on at night ..
